Hello Good People!
*whew* it's a busy time around here! Matt's made a hemp line of nut milk bags to go along with the nylon ones and we're having fun coming up with a bunch of things to make with this sustainable material! Groovy baby! Here is the scoop on the hemp Wanted to let you know we are getting closer and closer to getting doors officially open! Please check out the stair risers I finally got around to drawing - little by little things get done and we are creating a space we really love. OK, let's get right to the haps for JUNE! OMG we're in June already!
Preparation: Cut zucchini into rounds or just roughly chop and put into a bowl then stir in some olive oil, salt and dash of pepper. Place zucchini on Teflex dehydrator sheets and dehydrate for 1 hour at 145 degrees F. Soak sundried tomatoes with equal part water. At the end of an hour, blend the remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour sauce over zucchini and stir together before serving. Serve with a salad. Enjoy life, P.S.
