Reminders:

• Wednesday night (tomorrow - October 11) from 6-7 at Hunger Mountain Coop: 1 hour workshop to learn new recipe: Raw Baklava. Cost $10/non-members, $8/members - sign up sheets are located near member services 

• Thursday night - October 12 - from 6-8 pm - Free raw food potluck at Stacy's house. Bring a dish to share. Thanks Stacy for offering your house this Thursday night! Need directions? please call me at 229-4496. I also sent direction via email a week or two ago so you can probably check somewhere in your emails for that.

• Friday night - October 13 - from 3-8 pm - Living on Live Food Level 1 Chef Certification Class. Alissa Cohen's Level 1 class - cost is $125.00 - this class is all about the food and how to set up your environment to get you started. We learn and eat 7 recipes: mock salmon pate, stuffed portobello mushroom caps, collard roll-ups, date nut torte, broccoli soup, fettuccine alfredo and angel hair pasta with marinara sauce. Not too late to register. Call me at 229-4496 to ensure a seat (and to make sure I have enough food). Classes will be held at 18 Worcester Village Road, in Worcester.

• Saturday & Sunday - October 14 & 15 from 10 am - 6 pm - Living on Live Food Level 2 Instructor Certification Class. Alissa Cohen's Level 2 class - cost is $650.00 - this class is the gourmet dehydrated recipes, the living food lifestyle, traveling while raw, seeing/learning about the raw food products/appliances, adapting it to suit your own health needs, sprouting, etc. The 5 gourmet recipes we learn and eat are: calzone, pizza, enchilada, rye bagels, chilli and onion dip. Not too late to register. Call me at 229-4496 to ensure a seat. Classes will be held at 18 Worcester Village Road, in Worcester.
