raw/live food demos and classes

Hello!

I'm hoping this email finds you well and happy. I wanted to let you know that I'm beginning to do raw/live food demonstrations and classes right here in Worcester! First demo is Sunday, August 13th from 11 - noon where I'll be showing you how to make raw Almond Milk. You'll get to sample other raw food dishes while you are here and can sign up for a class if you are interested in learning more! I'm offering the demos every week so you can pick the Sunday that works for you. (Starting in September, demos at my house will be on Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Think of it as dinner!)

My first 2 classes are ready to begin! Level 1 and Level 2 raw food classes (see descriptions below.) I've got my calendar marked for August 25, 26, & 27 for Level 1 & 2. Please see attached brochure for more information on all of my demos and classes. I've got my calendar marked until the end of 2006! Surely you'll be able to find the one that works with your schedule.
