winter SPROUTING recipes class (dehydrated & non-dehydrated)

the cost of this class is $75 and we eat everything we make. It's also designed to show recipes for a full day meal plan. Come with a pencil and a slew of questions - we'll go over all the winter raw questions and more! We'll go over why sprouting is so important and how to sprout easily and cheaply in your own home.

we are going to have another winter raw food recipes class which will be great fun. We will learn 5 hearty, dehydrated raw food recipes that can be eaten at any time, but especially when the weather gets colder. It's also designed to show raw food recipes for a full day meal plan. We have other raw food to eat along with the food that we'll make in class (Ex: we'll have some nut/seed milk with our scones, salad and veggies - that kind of thing.) Come with a pencil and a slew of questions - we'll go over all the winter raw food questions and more!
