I wanted to make a raw chocolate that was shelf stable. One that could sit in your cupboard but that tasted so great that it wouldn't last that long. Well, I think I did it! When I first made this, I was floored. It tastes so heavenly. I wanted to call it "the S&#t" but didn't think that would be to easy to have on the label. The stuff is pimpin' - so I then thought to call it Pimpin' Butter and well, the late hour got to Matt and I and we had lots of fun coming with humorous names. We settled on Goddess Butter and I worship her! :-)
