Some raw food info to start: There is a little about us page set up here. The other thing that I want to tell you is that raw & living food CAN be eaten in the winter without problems. Raw & living food can be eaten with local, economical & sustainable awareness. If you are at all curious about this, please come to a raw food workshop or potluck & talk to me. Ask me questions. Vermont is a beautiful place with so many self-reliable & self-sustainable people living here. There are lots of myths to eating raw food & I'd love to share with you what I know. I really want to tell you that you'll be loving the food. You can do it at whatever level or % that works for you. I'm hoping to get the point across that by eating raw & living foods, you will begin to listen to your body & find out what works for YOUR body. I'm really excited to share these simple & delicious raw food recipes with you. Linda |
